We needed software for a furniture store and production that would allow us to take stock of materials, and produce goods according to bills of materials with an automatic description of those. Kladana is capable of all the features mentioned above, so that’s why we chose it.

Also, we use Kladana for our online store to manage stock. In the offline store, we use Kladana for order management. It goes like this: a salesperson takes an order for household appliances in the store, and this order is automatically placed in Kladana and then sent to a supplier. Later we receive the invoice, record it & change the order status.

I used to sell 80 beauty care goods on marketplaces. I tried to utilize Excel sheets, but inevitably made crucial mistakes. Then I realized that I could process no more than 20 products manually.

After six months of using Kladana, I started selling 300 goods, and the turnover increased from 2 million roubles (20 lakh rupees) up to 5 million roubles (50 lakh rupees). I also analyze what goods are the most and the least profitable ones.

The F5 team has come to operational logic that facilitates business scaling. My employees add a new sales agent to the system (create a new account in the service), add a new domain (create a new legal entity), add a personal warehouse for this legal entity, distribute rights by employees’ roles and departments — and then we can go into the fields.

In Kladana, we analyze each customer and scrutinize what and how they buy. Sometimes the seller wants to purchase a certain product, but according to our data, it sells badly. Then we discourage them and advise them to pay attention to other goods. Or, for example, we monitor new products and offer to try them. Now those who are just about to open their first gadget shop ask us to pick up a showcase for them.

In Kladana we process sales orders, make sales invoices in pdf, and manage shipments. All bills of materials are stored in the software. All production stages are reflected in Kladana.

We have three warehouses: one for raw materials, one for production, and one for finished goods. We add the purchased materials to Inventory in Kladana, and the raw materials are transferred to production. In production, they are processed in a production order. Then the finished goods appear in another warehouse. Thus, 1,500 bottles are moved from one warehouse to another in a couple of clicks.
